How do I check if I was selected to attend pre-screening?

  1. You will receive an invitation to attend pre-screening via e-mail. Please check your inbox or junk folder for an invitation from Eventbrite. Invitations will be sent out on 04-NOV. Due to the high volume of applications received, not all applicants will receive an invitation. If you did not receive an invitation this round, please check our website in the future for our next recruitment cycle.

I am having problems accessing the application page after clicking on Apply Now, how can I access the application form?

Do you accept TOEFL Score?

Only the TOEIC score will be accepted. TOEFL and IELTS scores are not acceptable. Your TOEIC score must be 700 points or above and must be taken after October 2017.

I took TOEIC in 2016. Is it acceptable?

TOEIC score taken after October 2017 is acceptable.

When should I get a bachelor degree?

It must be acquired by December 31, 2019.

What documents should I prepare before applying online ?

Before starting on the application form, please be sure you have the following documents saved on your computer before starting:

  1.  Passport (.JPG or .PDF format only)

  2.  TOEIC Score (.JPG or .PDF format only; only TOEIC Scores will be accepted. TOEFL, IELTS, etc. will not be accepted.) Your score must be 700 points or above and must be taken after October 2017.

  3.  A recent Curriculum Vitae with a head shot photo (.PDF format only).  Click HERE for a sample format.

    Please be sure each file is no larger than 2 MB each.

Once I start the online application, how long will the web server save my answers on the application form?

Please complete the application within 1 hour of registering or you will be prompted to log back in.

Your answers will not be saved until you have clicked on “Preview Application”.

I forgot my password to log-in. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, please go to applycrewasia.com/forgotpassword

I underwent screening in 2018. However I can’t login to “Previous Applicant login”.

This login is only for those that are returning applicants in 2019. If you applied prior to 2019, you must create a new account.

Can I edit my application after I submit it ?

You will not be allowed to change your answers and documents once clicking on “Submit Application”.

I logged out during application process. How can I login again.

Please enter from “ Previous applicant login” button and enter your email address and password you registered previously.
